Hi, I’m Matt King,

I hold a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and have over 19 years of coaching experience.
​
My background includes kettlebell training, mobility systems, corrective movement, and strength development for busy professionals.
​
I don’t believe in extremes.
​
I believe in smart, progressive training that improves your life outside the session.
